Via Panama to Become the New Headquarters of L’Arte di Abitare

Categories:

Padua, November 2025 – Following the acquisition of the former Onda Palace, the landmark tower located between Via Panama and Corso Spagna, Industrie Edili Holding has unveiled an ambitious redevelopment project that will transform the building into a new architectural and business landmark for the city.

After more than 15 years of abandonment, the property will be brought back to life through an innovative architectural concept. The building will feature a distinctive façade made of perforated metal panels, designed to reduce solar heat gain by up to 70% while creating a dynamic exterior appearance. At the same time, the design will maximise natural light and ensure exceptional comfort throughout the interior spaces.
The redeveloped building will accommodate executive offices, meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and facilities for the meetings and events industry. A striking entrance lobby and a panoramic rooftop restaurant open to the public will complete the development, offering spectacular views across the city.

From the beginning of 2026, L’Arte di Abitare will occupy the upper floors of the building, establishing its new corporate headquarters. The new offices will also feature a dedicated showroom showcasing apartments and interior design solutions for the Group’s new residential developments, providing clients with a fully immersive experience of quality, innovation, and contemporary living.
With this important milestone, L’Arte di Abitare further strengthens its presence in the Veneto region by choosing a building that symbolises urban transformation and regeneration. The project reflects the company’s commitment to combining innovation, design, and professionalism while helping redefine the future of modern living and urban architecture.
