Technical Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and present, promote, and sell all property finishing options.
- Guide clients through the customisation of their new home.
- Provide post-sales and post-handover customer support.
- Produce technical drawings and graphic documentation to present to clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Architecture or Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Palette CAD.
- Knowledge of the main rendering and graphic design software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Location: To be agreed with the successful candidate, based on the location of our active construction projects.
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities throughout all phases of the project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Plan project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions on site.
- Prepare regular progress reports on project status.
- Liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to project challenges.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
