Padua, 18 September 2025 – Last night, L’Abitare San Lazzaro, a landmark new residential development that marks an important step in the city’s urban transformation, was officially unveiled. The launch event was attended by Sergio Giordani, alongside technical partners, architects, and representatives from local institutions.
Located in the San Lazzaro district—an important area set to connect the future Padua East Hospital with the city centre—the development combines innovation, sustainability, and high-quality living. The event highlighted a shared vision for the future of urban development, placing community, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility at the heart of the city.
Two key moments made the evening particularly memorable:
- The placement of a time capsule within the construction site, symbolising the project’s foundations and confidence in its future.
- A spectacular 600-drone light show, created by Allumee Italia, which illuminated the skies above Padua and brought the vision of the future residential complex to life.
The residential towers of L’Abitare San Lazzaro feature striking contemporary architecture, characterised by elegant vertical lines, spacious recessed terraces, and integrated green spaces. Extensive communal areas and a large urban park with more than 2 km of pedestrian and cycling paths further reflect the project’s commitment to wellbeing, community living, and environmental sustainability.
The development is being marketed exclusively through L’Arte di Abitare’s nine offices across Padua and the surrounding province, where dedicated property consultants will guide buyers in selecting modern, tailor-made homes.
