The launch event was attended by <strong>Sergio Giordani<\/strong>, alongside technical partners, architects, and representatives from local institutions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located in the <strong>San Lazzaro<\/strong> district\u2014an important area set to connect the future Padua East Hospital with the city centre\u2014the development combines <strong>innovation, sustainability, and high-quality living<\/strong>. The event highlighted a shared vision for the future of urban development, placing <strong>community, wellbeing, and environmental <\/strong>responsibility at the heart of the city. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two key moments made the evening particularly memorable:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The placement of a <strong>time capsule<\/strong> within the construction site, symbolising the project&#8217;s foundations and confidence in its future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>spectacular 600-drone light show<\/strong>, created by Allumee Italia, which illuminated the skies above Padua and brought the vision of the future residential complex to life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The residential towers of L&#8217;Abitare San Lazzaro feature striking c<strong>ontemporary architecture, characterised by elegant vertical lines<\/strong>, spacious recessed terraces, and integrated green spaces.
